Happy Monday everybody! Today I am so thrilled to tell you all about a church family that is making a difference in the lives of the kids in the [Home Country]. Yesterday was Mother’s Day and we spent it in Dublin with my mother and grandmother, which makes the day fabulous enough in itself. But it was also a very special day because yesterday was the day that the amazing folks over at Mt. Calvary Baptist Church in Cary, GA presented us with the outfits that they have been making and buying since February for the children. I was completely overwhelmed at the love these people have for children half-way around the world and totally impressed with the amazing outfits they have put together for them! I now have about 100 outfits in my living room ready to be sent to the [Home Country] for these kids! WOW! These are some of the cutest dresses, skirts, shorts, shirts, flip-flops I have ever seen – for all ages and sizes! Here are some pictures of it all so you can also admire their super talented hands and their amazing people-loving hearts!

This is just a small sampling of the outfits that they had laid across the choir loft during the service.

At the end of the service, they had the children in the church bring up more outfits. They were so excited to do it and it was so sweet to experience. The people of the church then prayed over the clothes and us as we prepare to send them and then GO!

I am so in awe of the love that this church family has shown! I can’t wait to take [A] and [G] to meet all the wonderful people at Mt. Calvary! Thank you, thank you, thank you for using your talents and your pocketbooks to show God’s love to the children in the [Home Country]!

We will be sending these clothes to the [Home Country] very soon along with other supplies that we will be purchasing in the next few days with your donations! I am so excited about all of this and I feel so fortunate to have so many wonderful people in my life. [A] and [G] will be so blessed to meet each and every one of you!
