Welcome to today’s edition of “What can I stress over now?”
The great news – Arthur is big and strong and apparently very healthy. This is WONDERFUL news. Hearing this makes me feel amazing! I am so thrilled to know that he is well and that he is thriving. In fact, he’s growing so much that our coordinator, when I asked if I should be sending 3T or 4T clothes in his care packages, said “4T for sure!”
The not quite as great news- [A] has a closet full of 3T clothes! It looks like I have some more shopping to do for my big, strong boy. And it looks like I’ll be having a big ol’ 3T sale here pretty soon. Luckily I have been buying bigger items as well over the past few months just in case but the majority of his stuff is definitely 3T. And he has a ton of stuff! But everything is brand new, I haven’t even taken the tags off, so hopefully I can get rid of it pretty easily. I don’t think it will be a huge problem, just one more thing to stress about! Plus I’m kinda bummed because I bought some awesome 3T stuff! I’d save it for [G] but she may not appreciate spending her 3T year dressed in little boy’s clothing.
But at least I have a SIZE to work with! At least I have actual information about them! That is fantastic. That makes the stress seem insignificant. Or, at least, slightly less stressful!
